Eligibility

Early intervention can have an enormous impact on the development of a child with disabilities. Unfortunately, diagnosis can take years, as can locating appropriate, funded services once diagnosis has been made. Children and adults who have not been formally diagnosed are eligible to participate in our programs, which are affordable to families who do not receive government assistance. Our programs are open to children and adults with autism and a wide range of other complex developmental disabilities.

Family Inclusion

We focus on including the whole family, including parents, caregivers and siblings, in our Family Outreach program. Family members are welcome to attend and participate, creating unique opportunities for the entire family to learn, grow, acquire new skills, and have fun together.

The Multi-Focal Approach

Our approach sees a person as a whole human being, as opposed to only focusing on his or her challenges and disabilities. This humanistic approach gives the child or adult a sense that they are being heard, seen, accepted and respected and opens the door for growth and development through new self-confidence, better self-esteem and improved self image. As a result, the individual’s quality of life improves, inspiring an overall enhancement of the Family Quality of Life.
